Surah Yaseen has a tremendous amount of rewards and benefits for its readers as discussed by Allah’s Apostle Muhammad (SAW) in his sayings which are given below:
  • Yaseen- The heart of Quran:  As we all know the heart is the most important organ of our body the whole functioning depends on heart if it stops then a person could die. In the same way, Surah Yaseen is the heart of Quran and its reading and understanding are necessary for every Muslim.  Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said:

“Surely everything has a heart, and the heart of the Quran is Yaseen. I would love that it be in the heart of every person of my people.” (Tafsir-al- Sabuni Vol.2)

From above Hadith, we can conclude that we should recite and memorize Surah Yaseen if we have to take blessings from Allah Almighty.


Importance of Surah Yaseen
Surah Yaseen is the 36th chapter of Holy Quran consists of 83 verses in total.  It includes in Makki Surah because it was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in Makkah. The exact meaning of word “Yaseen” is just known by Allah alone. The comprehensive theme of this incredible Lesson revolves around general attention on the Divine Nature of the “Dhikr”; warning for those who refuse and don’t make belief in Almighty; Glorification of Allah; His Command over everything and return of all to Him.

            Ayatul Kursi The benefits of Ayatul Kursi are: 1. Holy prophet (SAWW) said: whoever recites the first 4 ayats of Surae Baqarah, then Ayatul Kursi and then the last 3 ayats of Surah e Baqarah, will not be inflicted with any kind of difficulty in his wealth or himself, Satan will not come near him and he will not forget the Qur’an. 2.
